INFO_BUTTON_TITLE specifies the caption for custom button, which is available in Dialog-based skin.
This button is displayed betwen Cancel and Setup buttons (on below screenshot it has caption "Info").
Note, this option has sense only for Dialog-based skins. In Shape-based skins the caption or picture of custom buttons is defined inside skin file (*.smf).
